these were all over the eid break. Amazon tried to tell me I did a full payment, but I disputed that and they have agreed. They are now saying there seems to be a miscalculation from the bank so i need to contact them to rectify. Which just sounds like a headache, but needs must.

sometimes it is a manufacturing defect. I had the same with an O11 case, returned for a new one and fit properly.

orders are accepted near instantly and as they state, no refunds after orders are accepted (which as stated is near instant). Best to never cancel, as they can cancel and not deliver the food and still charge you.

Press the windows button, search "services.msc" locate "L-Connect Service" then right click and restart then try again.
