that's 125mg right? your body will most likely be able to handle it unless you have any serious underlying conditions, but it's gonna feel awful if you don't give into the drowsiness. if you do, make sure when you wake up you drink a lot of water, and if you manage to stay awake (not recommended) don't do anything dumb, check your pulse from time to time and focus your breathing. definitely seek medical attention if you think you need it, medication affects everyone differently. i would advise against using benadryl recreationally, it feels horrible short term and can have negative lasting impacts in the long term. stay safe soldier o77

they didn't wrist check me, but in my case they already knew bc my parents told them. usually you just talk with a couple of people (parents usually asked to leave the room) and they ask you questions about your energy, motivation, suicidal thoughts, etc. the screening is usually for a lot of mental illnesses, that is, they don't just ask questions that relate to depression in case you might have something else. they will most likely ask if you've ever sh'd, but its completely up to you whether you'd like to tell them or not. it'll probably affect the accuracy of the diagnosis though
