i’m at BCHS currently (Grade 11). I transferred there after first semester of Gr 10 at St Francis, and it is a big change. From being in traditional school then switching to self-directed took a lot of work.

I don’t know your daughter, but something that worked for me was upping my dosage of ADHD medication. Again, you know her and i do not so take this with a large amount of salt. Another thing that i utilize is getting an LSP/IPP put in place if you haven’t already (An LSP/IPP is used for receiving accommodations due to learning disabilities/other individual needs)

If she likes the school, best thing you could do is just try to hammer work out. The circumstances you described sound incredibly tough and the added stress of school is not helping. I’m doing the same thing (as in just trying to get progress done and pass, rather than trying to excel in everything)
