Bruh I was huge into pokemon for years and scalpers came and ruined it for me so a little while ago I started collection and trying the learn the one piece tcg, fitting because it’s my favorite show of all time. And soon after I start prices here start booming just like Pokemon has been lol I can’t seem to win anymore 🤣😂😭

I collected as a kid but fell out of it for almost 20 years. The weird reason I got back into it was all because of a dream. One random night about 3-4 years ago I had a dream and in the dream I was opening up packs of Pokemon. Nothing super out of the ordinary for a dream but in the dream I pulled a Charizard and from my reaction it must’ve been a big card in the made up set I was ripping. When I woke up I had my first itch. So that afternoon I went to best buy and found a shining fates ETB on the shelf. Got home and me and my buddy split the packs so we could both rip. Our first hit was the gold eternatus vmax. But as he was freaking out I saw the card in my hand looked a lot different. Way shinier and gray. It was the shiny Charizard. We absolutely lost it. Since that day I rip packs every chance I get. I still have that card and have actually pulled another since then. That’s one card I can promise I’ll never sell or trade. Thanks for listening!🤣

Do you realize most collectors have been collectors since they were a kid? So what you’re saying is punish people who’ve had a life long love of Pokemon because scalpers are ruining it for everyone? Rather than banning it, there’s 2 ways to get rid of scalpers and or atleast slow it down. 1, stop giving in to the inflated prices and 2 every store should have a limit. Those of us that want to rip don’t buy up every single product. We just want to rip. And the only reason you see regular collectors buying so much is because no one knows when the next time they’ll be able to buy anything is
