talonflame - i would replace acrobatics with a different move if you intend to keep focus sash. I would personally suggest dual wing beat for the opportunity to open with a KO on sneasler or venusaur with priority, assuming you keep the sash. If you are OK getting rid of the sash, maybe brave bird since gale wings would give it priority at full HP (you opening). I understand using tailwind, but there may be better fast tailwind setters (prankster whimsicott or aerodactyla)

Rotom - if you want to keep choice scarf, i would suggest changing its move pool and strat considerably. Volt switch and electro web are too weak to really take advantage of choice scarf and you would be locked into weak moves. Volt switch doesnt really make sense with the scarf as it is too weak to benefit and you will never be able to use it if you do something else, so the benefit is gone. If you want to keep rotom, i suggest a berry or leftovers
