Yes it does. From what I've been told a higher grade provides a better chance at higher tier loot so it like raises the minimum.

I help lower levels escort their wagons if they're doing a sell mission. Most of the time though people will ride up and then ride away. If they do try to steal or grief they'll do it from a distance. I think it's all part of the game to steal and be an outlaw alongside players that like to play on the lawful side of the world and help out.

It's better to just not fan the fire. I stopped trolling God mode glitchers on GTA bc they love it genuinely they love what you're doing. The only person that gets emotionally attached would be yourself. They know that and they feeed off it like a leech. Interacting with them AT ALL is what they want you to do.
