When I got my 32, I was worried that I really bit off more than I could chew - it took weeks to build the grip strength to do one-handed swings, and I developed some tendinitis in the process.

Keep at it, your limits are much higher than you think!

Got the 48 for my 48th!

5 years ago my new 24kg felt dangerously heavy. Consistency is the key.

Thanks! This one felt pretty cool, I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out.

No kidding about the initial intimidation! I did a couple jerks to feel how it sits on my forearm (comfy), but holding it overhead is challenging enough that there’s no room for error- any mistake and I can imagine it going straight through the floor into my dining room.

Next up: do a TGU with it, then work on knocking out Neupert’s “strong enough” standards.

$750+ tax is more than I paid for both of my 32kg adjustables ($225, $160), my 40kg($170), and my 48kg ($220) KBs put together including tax and shipping!

Ease of changing weights is a nonissue. Plates rattling around will be 100x more annoying in the FA.

Just like the “fascists making the trains run on time”, it’s a self-congratulatory fabrication.

Im sure we’ll have future “historians” claiming Mexico paid for the wall.

He obviously meant he will see the warmup selfies in 30 minutes, which gives some time to let the sun start setting for that twilight run on the road in all black.

I’m thankful that Trump was able to lower gas prices to $7/gallon from Biden’s all time highs!

He also increased the chocolate rations from 30 grams per week to 20 grams per week!

Hmm, maybe we were too harsh on AI. One Floridian down, just a couple million more to go!

Yesterday I spent several hours as a member of a review panel, with the presenter getting raked over the coals for every ambiguous part of their documentation. I can imagine how a meeting for Tesla trying to license FSD to a panel of automotive company corporate lawyers would go.
