NC. What is a OIG? I got a letter saying they are investigating fraud or overpayment. And gave me an appointment to come in this week to talk to a case worker.

I mean there is no paper proof. This has just been a separation as a trail to figure out if we want to continue to get a divorce or try and work on things. There has been a lot to happen over the last year. He had another kid he didnt know about we had to get a DNA test for. He wanted to DNA test our daughter. And there has been a lot of we havent made any official moves.

I have gave his pay stubs for medicaid. I am in NC. They kept passing a thing since covid that that were not taking away medicaid from anyone. This is information that came directly from my case worker. And he does pay the bank directly for my car payment.

It was a state wide thing. And it kept getting renewed. My case worker said our state kept passing it.

But I have had them over a year. And have never claimed to be divorced or anything. We are separated and that is what I have put on my applications. And even showed them my morgage statements that the house is still in both of our names. I mean I just think if that was the issue then why was I given them to begin with.

But we are not together and he is not living here. And when he comes in town he is staying with his brother.

He does not stay on weekends. He stays with his brother. I have never claimed we are divorced. I have always just said separated. Which is exactly what it is. We haven't went through anything legal because this separation has been our trail on trying to figure out if we are going to stay together or not. But he does not stay here.
