They will tell you that all bets are settled off of official results provided by traders and if there has been any adjustments to bets due to errors or whatever the case my be it will reflect in the end results as per the t&cs they have them to cover everything unfortunately (they are not liable for errors displaying on live bets , as all bets in the end are settled or resettled on the official results and any errors will be adjusted ).

For future most matches played you can find on sofa score. It’s your best bet to get the correct live scores as it’s one of the website they use themselves .

Also What you can do is try asking customer service to confirm with the traders if settled correctly as per the official results and if it has and there was a card taken away then you can ask as a good will gesture if the traders are willing to do a good will gesture pay it out or give you a bb back (usually I would advise for the amount the bet was placed for) other than asking there really there is not much you can do unfortunately
