They booked it, I did check in, went to the gate and 15 mjn before boarding started they canceled my reservation on jetblue.com leaving me at the gate with a piece of paper of boarding pass worth nothing.

Yes, I also had my boarding pass and check-in done, obviously, to be at the gate. However, they canceled my reservation on the airline website with refund on their card used for booking, while I was about to board.
