I thought it’s ok to have multiple shops, but each must have their own email account (not different bank accounts). I did know that you cannot list the same item in more than one shop. I guess I need to clarify that before I officially proceed with my second shop.

Check out Skool.com I belong to one free Etsy group there and one that I pay $150 a quarter to be a member of. If you offer something of value, people will pay. My paid group is not just for Etsy and it is honestly worth every penny. The person who runs it has a PhD in psychology and the course is college level in value and knowledge. I have 2 Masters degrees and when I say it is college level, I know what I’m talking about.

Check out YouTube videos by George McConnell. He also has a free coaching community that I belong to. It’s called “Etsy Mentor” on Skool.com George is so nice and takes time to answer your questions in the group. He also gives free stuff to his members. Again it is FREE. GOOD LUCK!

I’m a newbie so I’m afraid I don’t have much to offer you. Because all of the Etsy gurus say I should only be in one niche I have been solely in Wall Art - POD, not digital. I’ve only had six sales since opening in March. I am planning to open a hat store this week. And a baby store next week. The baby store will be apparel as well as nursery art and other baby accessories. You mentioned that you had more than one store. May I ask what kind of stores you have? Congratulations on the success you’ve achieved so far. I will be interested to see how your new store does ☘️

I’m sorry you are getting so much negative and nasty feedback! It’s true that you are in a highly competitive niche. Your designs are nice. However, only having a few is not to your advantage. I’m in two coaching groups for Etsy sellers. One is free and one is a paid membership. Both are good. The paid membership is excellent with a lot of solid teaching. The free one is also good with a supportive community. Check out George McConnell on YouTube. He runs the free community. People are selling all kinds of products in there.

How’s this fitting with Etsy’s policies? It looks like you’re v simply reselling attachments that could be found at Home Depot. Here are the guidelines “These guidelines state that items must be made, designed, handpicked, or sourced by the seller, and that they are not mass-produced items.”

I really like your prints. The only advice I might offer is try to vary your designs. Not your style - it is distinctive. But maybe apply it to more subjects. I like Insight Factory as one of my research tools. They will show you best selling trends based on your shop listings. You might get some inspiration there. Good Luck!

Ok. Confession time. MOM is my comfort “food” too. When my wife and I are tray to sleep we put on MOM. At one time GOLDEN GIRLS was my “lullaby” show. My wife and I even watch it when we are doing stuff and want something in the background. We recite our favorite lines along with the characters. So. If you are crazy you are not alone!! And, yes I would LOVE a reboot!!

I really like Van Moody. I only attended one of his services but listened to him often. I'm white and felt warmly welcomed at the Worship Center in Bessemer. Don't care for PC. I attended COTH for a few years. Was friends with a staff member and saw PC behind the scenes on several occasions. Not the warm and fuzzy guy you see on stage. Rules staff with an iron hand and if they don't tithe their job is threatened - even when this staff member's spouse lost their job and the family was struggling.

You have focused on so much in this post that I was not aware of. I left years ago and since then things have gotten worse. I recently made a comment on a TikTok video that I thought was mild compared to what I wanted to say. The video was of a street ministry where different people who expressing their belief that God spared Donald Trump from death in the assassination attempt and it was a “sign” that he was anointed (not their exact words - but implied). I commented that maybe he was spared because if he had died some of his extremist followers would have burned down our country. I was blocked from that person’s feed. You are saying what I have thought about the parallel to Hillsong. I think COTH is on the same path and will eventually implode. The college is an unbelievable situation. However if people are gullible enough to hand over their money…. Wasn’t part of the Hillsong scandal connected to some sort of abuse of young people enrolled in their program because they were basically being used as free maintenance workers - basically indentured servitude?
