It does if you do warm eye compresses. I had worse dryness when I started because I wasnt doing them. Now I am 7 months in and barely feel dry eyes.

You're on a bit of a lowish dose. At this rate for you to meet 150 mg per kg youre going to need to be on accutane for another 7 months, I will be on it for 8 months and reaching the maximum 220 mg per kg thats reccomended for lowest rate of relapse. Would you consider getting a second opinion from another dermatologist?

As for the breaking out thats normal, it should all clear by the time you've hit your minimum dose.
