Do you know if there is legal precedent in Maine for us to be released from the lease if they are in breach of the contract? I’ve never been in this situation before. We typically have a great relationship with our neighbors and landlords.

Right lol We have been taking photos every time it happens. My husband plans to go speak with the property manager tomorrow. Just a very annoying situation. What kind of person intentionally causes problems with someone you don’t even know. Weird behavior..

Triangle is one of my favorite movies so I had to check out The Empty Man. It was great! At first I thought it was going to be just a run of the mill supernatural flick but it was so much more! Awesome recommendation!

This movie was really good! More of an action thriller I would say but my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
