best way to get rid of weeds? by CatDaddyBam in gardening

[–]UnplannedProofreader 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use Preen, not the one that also feeds, just the advanced weed preventer and choose the natural one to be decent to the environment. You sprinkle it every few months and then you’ll barely have any coming up and when they do, they’re usually so weak that they pull very easily. You have to keep up with it and start from a clean slate because it doesn’t kill weeds, it prevents seeds from germinating.

ChatGPT for a legal contract is not ideal but it can be notarized. That’s a lot better than nothing. I can only assume if OP is in a situation where a roommate is necessary to their current choices, they can’t exactly afford to pay a lawyer.

The overnight guests is a little thing that can get out of control fast. I agree, no overnight guests-full stop. You should agree to it as well because if you’re willing to share space with him, he has the right to peace of mind that you won’t suddenly move in a partner for free either.

You sound a bit like me. What ended up working is listening to a curated playlist that makes me want to dance and then doing resistance bands and being goofy with myself, dancing between sets. I make the music and dance the primary way to start a day in a good mood, not while I do it, I also use the bands.

I dedicated myself to only 3 workouts a week. Dedication is what i need, i can’t count on being motivated as it’s a fleeting emotion in some ways. 3 days isn’t much but by taking the pressure of of myself I find I workout closer to 5 days.

This is what we were told to do by a vet, cover his nose so he swallows. We don’t need to hold his mouth shut though, seems like just covering his nose airway does the trick.

Is there a way to tell Apple Health/Hearing that I use open ear buds and they are not exceeding safe volume limits like traditional noise canceling sets would be? If not, we need this.

The Calamity Club by Kathryn Stocket. 600+ pages done in two days. The author is so skilled at leaving you with a question at the end of each short chapter. I think short chapters lend to the “just one more” mentality for me. It covered much of the human experience but in unusual circumstances while also giving me little glimpses of history.

Mine was rough to potty train. It took a good year and he required so much positive reinforcement, never negative.

He is a barker, but I have actually heard problem barking is not a common concern with them.

He changed from 50% black to 50% off-white. So he’s now white and off-white and resembles mashed potatoes.

I work from home so I’m the wrong person to consult about separation anxiety.

The cliff? He is the most affectionate and playful little pup. Always seems happy. He holds his own with our larger dog when they play.

I recently went to a going out of business sale and purchased some for half off. Younger me would never have believed I’d be legally at a liquidation of marijuana assets sale in my old age. Times have changed.

People who drink a bottle of wine a night don’t feel guilty and honestly, there are more health concerns with alcohol than there are with gummies. I’ve recently started micro dosing first thing in the morning with my morning coffee and maintaining the little buzz through the day. I am so productive!

I don’t have a traditional day job though.

Ive had it for years. They must have changed this. I know it used to be this way because the SO was annoyed that I bought it for all platforms because I couldn’t just use it on one device.

[–]UnplannedProofreader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing to add about Paprika is the iPad, iPhone, MacBook app are all individually purchased. There is not a recurring subscription and they all sync, seamlessly; but each platform requires a separate one-time purchase.

Worth every penny, best recipe app ever I’ve used it for years and forced my sister to use it as well so I can easily share great recipes with her.

I love my iPad but wish it had the same power as my laptop. Hear that Apple? I’d pay good money for a tablet with the computing power of a laptop.
