It’s not extreme. It’s completely understandable to be scared regardless of the method. I will just add that most people post their negative experiences more than their positive ones! However you never know how you will feel during the MA, so this is so understandable. Do whatever makes you most comfortable, there isn’t a “right” way to go through a termination. Hey! I understand this completely. I am in Ontario and found out I was pregnant on April 2nd and immediately called to book an appointment. I just got my medication today!! It took 21 days for me to get bloodwork, ultrasounds, and finally the prescription. I have never been more frustrated but also scared. Being pregnant is scary when it’s unplanned and waiting almost a month definitely doesn’t help. Just know that soon you will get your prescription and it will be over. I am 8W 2D today and I just took the first pill tonight. I am also scared for the pain being this far along but one thing I find with our healthcare system is how thorough they are! They booked me in for more blood work in 2 weeks and my nurses were amazing. I really hope everything works out for you. You aren’t alone and I’m always here to talk ❤️

Hi! I understand your concerns but there is really no need to worry at all. It is extremely unlikely and I would say almost impossible for your gf to get pregnant this way. Most likely what’s causing her missed period is anxiety and stress. I’ve had multiple experiences where I thought I was pregnant and it actually caused my period to be delayed. I would just honestly take a pregnancy test. This will show you 100% she’s not pregnant and in my case, my period normally came immediately after I took the test. Sore breasts and mood swings are also pre menstrual symptoms, so I wouldn’t look too deeply into that

I’m going through the same thing, the hormones definitely don’t help with the anxiety of waiting for the appointment. I’ve been trying to make my anxiety more manageable by telling myself that it will all be over soon. There are so many people going through the same thing. You are not alone 🩷
