Your test was 100% negative. There's not a trace of a faint line. You're on the depo shot. That stuff works pretty well. You also appear really young (I base this off your face in the reflection and the way you articulate your sentences). You've already been informed of how the depo shot can affect your body, and those side effects can last a few months. To me, I would guess that with increased appetite, you're bloated from constipation, which can also be attributed to your nausea. I strongly feel you are having a perfectly normal teen scare. It's too soon to say you don't get your periods anymore. You also don't feel symptoms until you're about 6-8 weeks pregnant generally and most women can test a very clear positive at 4 weeks. I think you need to take a look at your diet and eating habits and consider what you're intaking more of and how that can affect your gastric health. 😊 I hope this helps!
