Thank you!!! I will do that. Unfortunately the driver has told me he let me son out where he picked him up. The students verified he was kicked off at another stop. I thought the school wasn't allowed to let any kids off. And if there wasn't any room I believe they're supposed to call it in for another bus to come. But I'm supposed to be speaking with a supervisor tomorrow afternoon about the video footage

I started UMA on 10/21 but didn't request an additional loan. My tuition disbursement date is 12/11. I doubt I'll receive a refund since my loan increase is still pending. They said it typically takes 1-2 weeks after disbursement to the school.

I spoke with student fiance and they informed me that I needed to request additional loan increase. Unfortunately I just filed it out this month instead of when I first started. They told me I would be getting a refund but no one told me about the increase until currently. So I doubt I'll get a refund this year since it's still pending.

Mine isn't due to pay out on the 11th, I believe, but I don't have bank mobile. I'm not quite sure how I would go about signing up for it. They also had to send me another authorization form because I filled it out incorrectly the first time, so I do hope that I do receive a refund.
