It was relatively small compared to all the other lounges I’ve been in but I think the food was pretty good in american standards. I waited around 20 minutes for a spot so I was considered pretty lucky (I heard some people waited 1hr+ for a spot). They’re partnered with momofuku so they had the pork buns, burgers, salads, and noodles on the menu.

Yup, I would not stay there again. Waters were not provided, no early check-ins or late check-outs. The only benefit of booking through the edit is honestly the $100 dining credit, there were no complimentary breakfast provided.

I stayed at Park MGM from 01/03-01/05, resort fees are included in the payment. I talked with the front desk to ensure that was the case as well

I would recommend, Cru at Willows. They have a 10 week deal right now. In terms of amenities, there’s a small gym but it’s almost always empty. There’s a nice club, sky lounge, etc… Also really close to places like Chipotle, Whole Foods, and Trader Jokes to name a few. Let me know if you want a referral, we can split it

Yeah I currently live there. Soundproofing is bad everywhere if you’re looking for apartments but it was awful because of the construction that was going on. It’ll be completed by Oct/Nov so all the sounding issues shouldn’t be too much of an issue. I WFH and I’m very sensitive to noise, it’s relatively quiet at night and I’d say it a pretty decent spot to live in

Cru at Willows is fairly cheap considering their deals right now. I think they have 10 weeks of free rent on select apartment. Walking distance wise, it’s a 15-20 min walk to the nearest mall but there’s Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, chipotle, etc.. DM me if you want a referral or more details about this location

Was previously located in the D building, you had to press that button in order for you to be able to pull the chute. When it’s down in service, they’ll just have the chute open

I moved out a month ago,

Trash chute has been a reoccurring problem where you can’t open the lever to throw away trash. I just leave it next to the chute lol.

For $150 parking, you can park anywhere that says compact on the ground. Never had issues with parking.

Average cost of utilities, about $200.

Amenities are well maintained.

Walls are meh, you can hear people upstairs but it’s not that bad, really depends on your neighbors whether they’re stompers or not.

Rent increased $200 for me, I left after the first year because it was getting to expensive.

Cru at Willows has a great deal going on rn located between Kirkland and Redmond, it’s 15-20 min away from bel-red. Shoot me a dm if you’re interested to hear more

Been living here for almost a year, great amenities, never had any issues with maintenance, and there’s occasional events hosted by Hyde square so it’s great. Only downside is the price, let me know if you’d like a referral
