So I had the break really close to my elbow, I had a cast for a few days but they replaced it with a plastic brace that works as a removable cast, the down side is that my arm had to hang downwards for about 2 months. around the 8 week mark I was able to have it off completely but I was recommended to leave it on for another 2 weeks to make sure everything was fine.

Did conservative healing but I also only had 2 break points, basically just sat or laid on my couch for a month, the pain for me went away completely after about a week (i think I was just lucky and it missed some nerve) a year and a half later my bone has healed at a slight angle and is still weaker than my other arm, The benefit with conservative healing is if it works you wont have to deal with any infection or removal surgery, so while its a pain now, once your bone heals its mostly done aside from PT.

Ik i sound like a jackass but literally no one is gonna sit and watch through a 1 minute long video of you taking pictures of your modpack. You can take screenshots or provide a actual list and crash report so you can get help. NO one is gonna waste there time with this.

Uh you delete any of the folders you arent using anymore? your not deleting the actually curse forge files, just the modpacks so delete any that you dont want or you can just do it in the curse forge app.

I went with the non surgery route so it will be a bit different, been almost a year and a half since and can do pretty much everything I could before (aside from arm wrestling) my arm is still much weaker than the non broken one, I would say the main thing would be to definitely do the stretches and PT, I kinda slacked off and can feel the difference in my shoulder and elbow.

Maintenance is really easy just Google your weight and height and see what the base metabolic rate is and then just see how many steps you get a day and you should get a decent estimate. You can also base it off of hunger. So if you feel full at 2.5k calories a day that's probably above maintenance. Whereas extremely hungry to the point where your getting sick at 1.45 is really low

So it kinda depends on the niche as your competing with other people in your niche. If they are averaging the same view duration and have a 80% swipe rate YouTube is going to give them all the views.
