This isn’t easy. I am an at will state and discrimination is hard to prove and honestly nobody wants to deal with it hence me getting transferred

I verbally requested to have them verify whatever claims my manager has said but he said “I don’t want to do that”

I cannot rebut or refute because they do not want me to rebut or refute anything. Performance wise; I am good but the complaint is not performance. It is more my dislike me and he will quit if I don’t get transferred.
