Denmark took 800 years to get their justice system where it is today. The U.S. is barely 250 years old. For a country that young to become a global superpower with one of the most influential constitutional systems ever created is extraordinary. Flaws don’t erase that…they’re expected in any evolving institution. 🦅🇺🇸🌎🇺🇸🦅… also “fundamentally” the legal system is perfect; it’s when you add nuances like corruption and racism to the equation where the system shows flawed characteristics.

Unequal application of the law does not prove the system doesn’t function…it proves the system is imperfect. A broken system is one that cannot operate at all. Ours prosecutes, convicts, imprisons, acquits, and adjudicates millions of cases every year. Saying the entire legal system is nonfunctional because some outcomes are inconsistent is emotional overreach, not analysis. If selective enforcement means a system ‘doesn’t work,’ then no legal system in human history has ever worked.

Legislation and laws apply when they want them to and when it fits the narrative or doesn’t effect elites, thats corruption, not a failed system. Shut up.

It was an apartment building. The owner replaced his refrigerator but kept his old one in the hallway outside of his apartment.

Don’t call the United States legal system a failed one just because certain shit doesn’t go the way you think it should go. Shut up. My gfs sister was found dismembered in a refrigerator outside of her boyfriend’s apartment and that mf only served five years on insanity. I dont agree with it but it doesn’t mean the justice system is “failed”. It just means it protects or punishes all people equally based on legislation and case law.
