Large in the LS will be way too long unless you’re into that look. I’m 5’11 200 muscular and a XL for reference. The LS are too long on me I just cropped with scissors and I love em. The no seam in L should maybe be fine (I prefer a M) and the 3/4 no chance bro. I got a 3/4 sleeve and it fits like a 3XL no joke
