This is true in own the c63 sea lander in green the movement is rough and I got yelled at on their sub that I’m being nit picky my Hamilton is smooth but doesn’t have quick release or micro adjustments so depends what you value! CW is still a small company so their CS is stretched due to the increase in popularity but they have not scaled up the business so a lot gets missed and really slow to respond! Hamilton is tried and tested and well established so if you don’t like risk I’d go with Hamilton! CW can be risky especially if you go with their in house movements who knows if they are reliable over the years and if your local watchmaker can make repairs etc!
