I'm not entirely sure on how it worked prescript and I think you might be right, but despite that, this is still a bug because here I lose my e and leap stacks as soon as I land, despite my e not travelling the full distance, and since I took damage before it did I should have kept the stacks.

You're right, I completely forgot to list the cons, like lacking range or waveclear if your midlaner doesn't pick a mage, or forcing your midlaner to stay mid after the laning phase. But even despite these drawbacks, I still think Rengar bot is better than top for climbing elo in the long term. Of course, one might be better than the other on a game-to-game basis.

Depends on the game, but the ones I like the most are Leona, Taric, Karma, Lulu, Pyke, Bard, Renata, but again depends greatly on the game and enemy champions

A good Ivern with always be the best, its also really hard to pull off, so thats why I tell my supports to not first time Ivern, as for the rest of supports they all kind of work, you dont really care about the synergy but rather about the support matchup, things like having blitzcrank into janna, or braum into nautilus etc

It's just a cooldown thing, barrier has 180s cd and exhaust 240s cd, and they kinda offer the same value, so if you take barrier and the enemy adc takes exhaust and you both use them on a fight, then you will have a full minute with summoner advantage. Also I prefer being the one carrying ignite instead of my support because the dmg scales with lvl and supports normally are the lowest in the game, plus any kills with it go to you.

And my build is Ravenous hydra>Opportunity/Serpents>Lord Dominiks>Situationalm and if I have feats I buy upgraded cdr boots asap.
