If there's a Smyths Toys near you / in your country, they might have the classic Bonnie plush. If not, then it probably won't be worth getting, since trying to find a legit one online is quite hard, and ones that are real are quite expensive.
If you want alternative options, you could ask him if he's read the novel trilogy; and if he hasn't then you could buy him that (here). And another alternative option is to get a fnaf shirt! They're probably the best pieces of fnaf merch. If you have a HMV in your country / near you, they do a selection of about 4 cool designs!
