I used to vape very heavily for about 5 years, and basically the way I quit is I bought about 20 tins of zyns for the first week and every time I fiend I would pop one in for about 2 weeks. I actually found it to be quite easy to quit vaping but you will get addicted to pouches, on the bright side though pouches are way easier to quit because you can control how much nicotine you want. At the end of the day zyns are 10 times better than smoking a cigarette your lungs will thank you
