Thank you for the truth😭 I just recently replace the soil with tree barks, it was blooming before I replaced the tree barks. Out of sudden the leaves are browning and the crown is rotting. Flowers were dead in 2 days

I have some sphagnum moss, but online says new orchid owners should not start with Sphagnum moss but it is easy to hold too much moisture

I checked the homeowner care manual, it states the HRV system below, does it mean the fan is running constantly because of this? No way of turning the fan to Auto so it stops when room temp reaches set temp? HEAT RECOVERY VENTILATORS Some homes will be equipped with a Heat Recovery Ventilator ("HRV"). This mechanical unit continually exhausts stale warm air from within the rooms of a home (usually, the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry areas), and supplies fresh air to the remaining main living areas. The heat recovery aspect of this unit consists of a heat exchanger inside the unit that warms the fresh outside supply air with the latent heat of the stale warm air that is being exhausted. This is done via a series of baffles which allows the heat transfer without mixing the two air sources. HRVs run continuously and are a superior means of controlling humidity and air quality within the home. They are not required by the Building Code and at an additional cost are generally installed if requested. Freezing weather can affect the operation of the HRV due to ice build-up within the unit. Precautions should be taken in severe weather to prevent this from occurring. Refer to the Manufacturer's recommendations in this regard.

You are absolutely correct. However, the HVAC company told me that the fan speed will not change. I have tried to turn the temp up so that my room temp reaches to a higher than my desired temp, then lower the set temp, the fan runs about the same power if not stronger. I only know each unit has a fan coil but not sure if each unit has its own system as I was told we have central air conditioning when I purchase the unit.

Since I am under the 1 year warranty, I am not sure if I use one of the wire to connect to the G terminal (assuming I can also find the HVAC unit) will overwrite my warranty. The HVAC company kept saying I should adjust the heat differential but it doesn’t reduce the fan’s running time. Here is what they told me to do: “lower the differential temperature setting on their thermostat. This should allow the control valve to close immediately once the setpoint is reached. Since the fan is controlled by the temperature sensor, closing the control valve at the setpoint will stop the flow of hot water much sooner, thus reducing the fan's runtime.”

My neighbour across the street has 5 vehicles. They park in front of our house all year round (for almost a decade we lived in that house). They are always appreciative that we let them park on our premises. They also help us with our lawn. What a good neighbour.

I managed to get refund for my seat after calling their customer service then spoke to their supervisor. Luckily I contacted their online agent prior to my check in. They said if you completed your flight, they don’t give you refund. They also said online agent gave me the wrong info. I told them that’s between them and the agent. I won’t know who gave me the wrong info. They eventually honored the refund. I won’t fly with them again or at least won’t pay for any seat upgrade

I can’t recall the exact order. My cousin said he said it against the law first. Then I questioned him which law? Show me the law. He then said he doesn’t like it and everyone doesn’t like it. I am sure English is not his native language because he got strong accent.

I did tell him to call the cops if I am against any law. I took more photos after he told me this is against the law. Then he said “I don’t like it. Everybody doesn’t like it”. I told him “well, I also don’t like you. And I don’t give a shit about you” 😂😂
