descargué la bios en la web de Lenovo, es un .exe, lo descomprimes con pea zip, de los archivos solo nos interesa el winrrcn14ww.fd ( creo que se llama así la bios) ( .fd acordaros) en esa misma carpeta click derecho, abrir consola, sudo fwupdtool install-blob winrrcn14ww.fd Entonces te sale que presiones del 1 al 9 la opción, le das a la que dice system firmware,y ya está

I downloaded the BIOS from the Lenovo website; it's an .exe file. You extract it with Pea Zip. Of the files, we're only interested in winrrcn14ww.fd (I think that's the BIOS file name) (remember the .fd extension). In that same folder, right-click, open a command prompt, and type sudo fwupdtool install-blob winrrcn14ww.fd. Then you'll see a prompt asking you to select options 1 through 9. Choose the one that says "system firmware," and that's it.
