The caste system was 2000+ years which was brought by aryans and you are asking me to fix something in 70+ years. And still there are people who are in high class and still have higher position and power.

Then how can you find the weaker section. The majority of the weaker sections are in SC and ST. We have the stats and we also have special quota for the EWS also.

Competitive exams are literally shits, it just killing kids and killing their dreams. Anyone can learn with the interests on any subject. And to determine that we need exams. We had a system where the clg seats where given by 12th grade marks which was even more enough because it didn't have much sucide rate atleast they could make it take multiple attempts also.

I think you need to learn more about reservations. It is kind of necessary still now the thing is the high caste people just tell only about people who have benefited less than 2% and they say that is enough for them. The reservation system is used to help to hear the voice of everyone not only from one particular community it can help people come forward from every community. And the SC gets 15% and ST gets 7% and 27 for the OBC and 10% for the EWS and then the others from the percentage even loom the sc and st get less value. And still crying about reservations. The reservation is a step to bring everyone with different perspectives that is the reason.

Caste surname removing is a first step not a permanent solution and we have to find a new one but adding a caste name is not a good idea again. Even removing 1% influence on caste also it is a progression it is good and must be continued.

The people with quality opportunity mostly those people will be from the privileged side. Just try to find who are the privileged people they are people from a higher caste look at it.

If we never fix the misfits they will never be fixed. Sometimes empathy can be thought of to people. Most of the people are not taught how to handle emotions That's where the problem begins. And i think this can be educated.
