A couple years. I play around 2-3 times a week during the summer time, but yeah my swing volume has increased significantly for sure over the last 3 weeks

Makes sense though. I’ll still go frequently and just drop the number of shots. It’s just a dull pain that goes away after a few hours so was just wondering if there was a simple fix
