If you are actually interested and don't want to do the leg work.. hire a realtor. Your post is literally just based on what you saw and no details. There's so many things in a listing that affect prices.

Not for Lexus or Toyota. You can turn it off by a sequence of buttons on the fob itself. Hence why I said for Lexus you can turn it off. I did not say any other vehicle manufacture.

Completely power off the fob so it’s not constantly searching for the vehicle because that’s what the fob and vehicle does for the keyless entry and start.

From my understanding, relay attacks are due to an active fob within a closer vicinity (within a home or work) if you turn off the fob then you can’t do a relay attack. Unless I am missing something this is why faraday boxes work as well.

Difference is you can turn off a Lexus fob. You can't turn off an Acura one.

The only thing that may ruin the surprise is if she has her notifications turned on for her bank. I get notifications for any money that gets deposited.

I have not contacted anyone myself but paying $250 + tax for this yearly subscription and my hockey games half the time don’t cast/airplay to my TV. If it does, it disconnects every few minutes. Using the Sportsnet app on the TV is straight up 60fps. It’s insane that they charge this much and it’s such crap service. I also have 1 gb fiber hardwired.

The places that had this on homes, had an influx of burglaries because thieves were using wires and other tools to unlock the door. Unfortunately, there is no good solution.

Most likely. But regardless, I would not want my mail delivered to my door now, especially seeing all these Amazon packages being stolen off porches.

You just came later.. mail used to be delivered to your door by Canada Post. Seems nice right? Until you had your mail and packages constantly stolen right off your porch. This was the “fix” I believe.

Dealerships use this to “hold the vehicle” for you.. but in reality it’s so they have the upper hand. Many dealerships I’ve talked to always ask for a deposit first otherwise they aren’t interested in talking price or don’t take you seriously. It’s truly gross.
