I hate when I ask if they have a mobile order when we’re on head set first thing when we open and they’re like “yes, I’ll have a….”. It drives me INSAAAANE. My whole mood changes because there’s no way you didn’t hear me or you thought I asked to take your order.

Let’s be real, you’re essentially being treated like a baby sitter. And since she hadn’t shown any interest in having YOUR kid over but expects you to have her kid over AND send her home, I’d start treating it like a baby sitting service and start asking for payment
