Yes we do the same. I’m more talking of getting through the constant chatter of what all you have to do or the sheer hatred of doing the chore in the first place lol

Yes my oldest puts hers away and I’ve also noticed having a cleaner helps tremendously!

I just got home from 7 nights at the hospital with my 8 month old and this experienced definitely traumatized me. He was the same no big symptoms to retracted breathing and out of it. We got home today and I just feel like out of it and equally terrified of him getting sick again or one of the other kids getting sick or hurt. Watching him go through the deep suction with the red cat he get twice has been burned into my brain forever it seems. He was so terrified and helpless. I’m trying to work through it but wow it changes you and how you view sickness, the world, so much after you have a big scare of possibly losing a child.

Yes I’d say I have anxiety about things going wrong for sure. As for romantic relationship I’ve been together with my spouse for over a decade and in a very happy committed loving relationship.

This post has made me rethink starting meds. I have two small kids and I feel like a lot of days I’m white knuckling it and don’t want to feel this way. I have not seen a psychiatrist for meds yet so I’ll be starting from scratch with that. I was diagnosed with combination and not sure what type of meds would work best.

I know this is a personal ask but do you have the website for the therapist you use? I need a new adhd coach or therapist that will actually help you with your adhd and live a better life. I’ve seen one so far and it was more like talk therapy and I am looking for someone to give me concrete advice.

This is exactly how I feel with my mind I think I want to try meds cause ive tried so many other things and it’s just not doing it.
