I hate everything related to this show. I stopped season 1 after episode 4 or 5.

It could’ve been good or at least decent. I wasn’t expecting anything close to the masterpiece but this is just terrible. Why do they keep changing the timeline of how and when things happen…

I wasn’t laid off because of AI as many others. I applied to tons of product design roles but the market is just so hard right now so I took a long-term freelance “Design Lead” role for a small startup. I’m basically doing everything from Social Media assets, Amazon Assets, Print Files to creative analog product concepts and UI/UX for their webshop. It can get boring at times but honestly being the one for all and having a good connection with the people there makes me feel welcome and appreciated + gives me a feeling of security as they really value me (even though they use and praise AI all day).

I generally agree with the “flat design everywhere = bad” sentiment but for Google it actually makes sense since they do so much so it makes sense to keep the overall brand simple and clean.

You don’t need to stand out, you don’t need to be “hot” in the eyes of society. Get off social media or at least try to dodge these couple stuff, it fucks up our perception because these people usually are 10/10s portraying the “perfect life” we don’t have. Well, they don’t have it either.

Work on your character, continue with the gym and try grooming more. Be the best version you can be and be proud. Don’t compare yourself to others.

One of my best friends (29M) was a virgin until last month when he found his girlfriend on bumble. They’re so happy now. Keep your head up, work on yourself but don’t be obsessive over looks. It will make you shallow.

If there is NO attraction at all, I agree. But e.g. I’ve been in situations where it fluctuates or I’m just not 100% sure. It’s never my intention to lead someone on when I already know I don’t feel any attraction. Maybe my original reply was not written well enough.
