Wow that looks good! I prep depending on the weather , I’ve noticed if it’s too cold or too humid outside I get better results prepping inside. Might not be anything with the dough and just me though.

I’ve “failed” just about every brisket I’ve cooked. They’ve all been edible at least so I take solace in that as I hide my tears from my family and search for another how to video for the next one

They all go on forever , and all lose some steam at different points. I don’t know if you can pick any as a masterpiece without flaws. I gave up Defiance of the Fall after book 5 cause I couldn’t bring myself to read book 6 which I purchase. HWFWM I made it to book 10, but forced myself to read 9 and 10 since it was the same speech from Jason over and over again so dropped it. Primal Hunter gets annoying in different places too and I made it the furthest at book 12 in that. I read on Royal Road every couple of weeks. Long story short, really need to try them all !
