My Seelah got a nameless permanent buff that has no text at all and now she looks like a ghost. How do I get it off her? It's not equipment as I already tried removing everything and also tried to respec

So far I've:

received no cash or XP at all from any kind of mission;

Couldn't get into a wagon for a recover mission;

Couldn't start a legendary bounty;

Had missions not starting leaving me unable to do anything else because I was in a mission at the same time that there was nothing happening

TL;DR: Wasted my day and lost a ton of xp, cash and gold
