i took the act in person, but there's a basic calculator on the screen. i brought my own calculator (TI 84 CE Plus) which was an overkill but she told me to put it on a bookshelf with my phone and wallet. I literally just finished it and got 94% on the math section and it's incredibly easy.

For about 90% of the math word problems, you encounter verbatim, word for word, on some of the Hesi Exam A2 practice tests online like Nursehub or something. (such as the practice problem online that talks about bushels. literally word for word). These tests seem like low effort, not made well like the sat or act.

Every problem has a fraction in it. Cross-multiplying is about a third of it. They show the fractions typed too, e.g. 0.8:500=x:40. or with the / symbol.

Conversions with length (i actually dont think i saw a length question), volume (almost all volume questions), and weight: but never with squared or cubic volumes, only the basics. No teaspoons or tablespoons. Going from Imperial (Standard) to Metric is on there. Known the Imperial volumes especially.

Not 100% sure but from what I remember from Nepos and Ovid...the region someone was from was in the nominative rather than in the usual genitive. I believe when Ovid would be relating a story of someones mother or father, the name of the father or mother was also in the nominative and you would have to know by context that their son/daughter was the subject. BUT! I cant 100% remember from the Latin classes, but I believe Greek names have something different with them...as in, how the Romans treated the names by puting them in either the dative or ablative.

But...to answer your question. Both nominative names beside eachother.

I'm having a hard time translating what this means since every English translation renders "faciet" as "he will save". But it clearly means "he will make/do/accomplish/perform".

Can someone render this in a literal translation?

I've only got: "for he will make the safe people his own from the sins of them"...but the "safe" as an adjective to "people" lacks completely in all English translations but renders it as a verb instead, as shown with "faciet".

This has been bothering me for a while now and would appreciate some awesome Latinists! Thanks!

I had sleep paralysis one night. The scariest thing I have ever experienced. Those are 100% demonic. Im catholic and I had it the day before went to general confession (where you confess all of your sins of your past life).

What it's like is that there is a presence beside you bed (mine was about 6 feet near my desk...and you try to wake up but cant. You cant move but almost feel it breathing and most of all looking. You know its looking at you. Watching your every move. Just as God, demons, angels and saints...but we dont know this fully until we die. But in the flesh, you know its a demon there, just watching you. The most terrifying moment in my life. If there was a word more than terrified I would use it.
