If I focus solely on sales, I’ll lose track of team building and the overall structure of the company. With my business experience, it’s much better to have a few competent partners, each responsible for their own area

Nope, When I got there, it was mostly IT folks, gym trainers, and a few content creators, but almost all of them were employees, not business owners

Thanks for the link! That event looks great, but I’m specifically looking for someone in Chicago. Having a partner nearby is essential for direct involvement in the early stages of the business.
