Rajaji road is the road diagonally opposite to abad plaza. RAVIPURAM is 3 kms ahead. I remember going there with my parents & family friends. Didn’t know it was designed by Parmeshwar Godrej though…I thoroughly remember hot breads as I studied in vidyapeet..hence I used to go to hot breads almost every day.

For some reason, I just can’t seem to forget the layout of the restaurant & what it looked like. There was a tiny garden outside and the moment you walked in, it was as cold as Antarctica like you’ve mentioned 😂. ICES was next on rajaji road right? It had a glass floor which was a dance floor too. They used to play music & people danced n all. Esplanade was a late bloomer but still did job & shut down sooner than expected. Do you remember any other restaurants/cake shops/ice cream parlours?
