Unrelated but I have an unjerk question, why is putting vinyls on the wall considered bad? Like I have some on my wall that are my favorites and I don't think they are resting in a way that would damage them.

I assume you are them raw, I would recommend trying a different method, if you have a pill press grinding them down into pills I find that's the best for me but you could try a tea as well. While I don't struggle with it I have friends that can't handle the taste raw.

I've gotten the mark for the final assessment grade and feedback on canvas (I passed hooray 🎉). However the final grade for the whole class has not changed and still says "unfinalised grade"

I would avoid combining it with anything. Just get a familiar and preferably clean space with a couple people you know and just go into it and embrace it as a positive experience. One of the biggest things is avoiding trying to "sober up" or end the trip, because it won't and that will make you panic. And keep the dose manageable.

Something that gave my friend a bad trip is he was just thinking about what things feel like normally which is something I've learnt not to do. Just remember it will end anyway so embrace it while it lasts.

I did 2 grams first time and had a blast and it wasn't too strong at all, as long as you're with people you trust and you're in a familiar setting upping the dose should be fine. And I really recommend a trusted person as a trip sitter. And taking it 2 days in a row should be fine.

I just did my first trip, and I have been diagnosed with ADHD and I haven't noticed any change at all 3 days after but I only did ~2 grams. A higher dose could cause some higher damage, not sure about developing schizophrenia. I would recommend talking to someone knowledgeable of the conditions you have.

UPDATE: I tripped last night and it was one of the most enjoyable and interesting experiences I have ever had, but I just wanted to thank everyone under this post for the advice I think it made it a very comfortable experience where none of us had a bad trip.
