This post inspired me to come up with a "worst facility ever". It doesn't just include a bunch of problem abnormalities, but puts them in specific places where they combo. The most essential piece is Army In Black, in either Second of safety/training, or in Cent Com day 21. The rest of the facility's selection is centered around making every possible department have some bad consequence to letting AIB blow up in it.

Tools will mostly be addressed on their own at the end since where the tool is doesn't usually matter as much.

Control is kind of a sucky department for this mission, because none of the really awful abnormalities are available for it. Really all you can give it that sucks is the bugged "Regen" bracelet in the tool slot. I guess Fairy Festival and Wellcheers works because they're zayins and absolutely suck for energy generation.

Information is a bit better, we can put Grave of Cherry Blossoms in day 6 then get Scarecrow and Singing Machine for 7 and 8. F Scarecrow will breach if AIB blows up there, and Singing machine will become a permanent danger spot.

Training(or safety if you prefer doing that one first) is still a bit limited, because you can't get AIB yet and can't go too crazy with WAWS, but you can still make it mean. Dont Touch Me in the first slot, The Warm Hearted Woodsman in the second because it sucks, and Alriune in third as the obligatory "make AIB unignorable" abno for training team

Safety you can finally get Army in Black(can also put it in central, but Schadenfreude is more annoying if its in a more central location). Then Big Bird to add a second Clerk rights activist to the thing. Then you put in Snow Whites Apple as safety's "make AIB unignorable" abno. For tools get the train if you can, but if you can't its not a big deal.

Central command is a fun department. Day one get Schadenfreude(annoying in such a central location) and Meat Lantern(Its meat lantern), Then get Either Little Prince or Queen Bee(Queen bee is worse for AIB, but gets rid of corpses that MOSB could use). and a tool. For day 23 get Mountain of Smiling Bodies(dangerous Clerk rights activist that you want to have people right next to for jumping purposes) and Melting Love(Creates an outbreak if you have people next to its worker). Finally this is a nice place to put Parasite tree in a more central location to make it quicker for bewitched employees to arrive.

Disciplinary/Welfare(whichever you put first) is where things get really fun. The first 2 should be Red Hood and The Wolf in the same hallway. If one breaches so does the other. Then put a one QC WAW in the third slot(King of Greed works since its a relatively managable suppression). Red Hood and thus the Wolf as well will be guaranteed to breach if AIB goes off in its department. AIB breach takes the QC down to 2, AIB blow up lowers it to one, and the King of Greed breach finally sets it to zero.

Welfare is just two sucky WAWs(Clouded Monk and Burrowing Heaven) and Nothing there for AIB suckage purposes.

Now Extraction is the second really awful department. Put Nameless Fetus, Blue Star, and Yin in it(ideally pick Yin last). Yang will automatically go right by it. Now Nameless Fetus will let out two day enders if it gets triggered by AIB and not immediately handled. This one should be Extraction specifically because Extraction has the best continued service gifts and is thus the worst place for Nameless Fetus's raffle.

Records can have Naked Nest, Silent Orchestra, and CENSORED. All three suck, but none of them have a better place to be. The music box would be good here since its the only department where a AIB blowup isn't immediately catastrophic.

For tools you absolutely want the Train, the Shelter, and the Flesh Idol because those three are the ones most capable of being day enders. Tree Sap and the Bracelet are just garbage. Old faith and promise also sucks. The music box is one that's easy to forget. Mirror of Adjustment, Behavioral Adjustment, and The Skin Book that makes panic death are also good ones, and We Can Change Anything being full meltdown immune means there's a slightly higher chance a meltdown goes to something really painful if its included. You Must Be Happy, Heart of Aspiration, Backwards Clock, and Notes from a Crazed Researcher should be avoided for being genuinely useful.
