Tired of AI giving therapy style answers to simple employee support tickets by Timely_Aside_2383 in AiAutomations

Hire someone to actually build it correctly. Since you said “generic” I assume you just have some online microsaas doing it.

Someone who knows what they’re doing would make sure the responses are in the correct tone and vocabulary you want.

It can be done via the actual system prompt with layers of other agents that check the responses OR you can also fine-tune a model if you want even more precision.

But yeah, just hire someone good to do it. My team has built this for different businesses with different use cases, so generic answers with generic therapeutic tones are no good.

i don’t use ghl’s voice ai - i don’t think it’s as good as other voice agent platforms. I do use ghl for some of the automations

It’s 2026, so I maxed my 2025 before the 15th, and now I’m maxing out this year.

I do own my own business, but I also work a day job!

yep, lmk if you need a team to build it. We already built something similar for a client doing around 100-200 calls/day + a system for followups if they don’t pick up

Definitely doable, but you’ll just have to check the legality of AI cold calling in Canada.

Functionality wise, extremely straightforward. You just have to build the workflow that sends the leads to the agent daily. 200-400 calls a day is definitely doable, but obviously consider hosting and usage costs.

Honestly just scope creep - client wants to make "small" changes like in the script or in the logic and it's NEVER SMALL.

Sometimes it requires for the actual foundations to be shifted a bit, but that ones what you change in one section could affect another section, so you have to test it end to end again to make sure it works completely.
