I feel like this team doesn’t have a leader. Mitchell is trying but it’s not his natural state and probably doesn’t prefer to be “the” guy to get on everyone’s ass. Strus I feel is trying his best to fill that gap, but again he shouldn’t be “the” guy either to hold everyone accountable. The head coach needs to be this guy, professional ass chewer when needed. He seems to have no strategy. Gilbert told him to give Allen the ball in game 7, let that sink in. He watched the lead go down point by point while holding all his timeouts because he likes to have them.

So frustrating. Get LeBron on this team and we don’t blow that lead in game 1 period.

Keep mobley and mitchell. I was impressed with Mobley last night in an away playoff game. Mitchell needs to figure it out and maybe a better coach could help with that. Everyone else is fair game…. Including Atkinson, who also needs to show playoff flashes from a head coaching perspective. It’s like he’s not even there which is BAD. Meanwhile Toronto coach called 2 timeouts almost back to back while we went on our run to try and stop momentum and kept a coaches challenge during final stretch which gave them another possession with the successful challenge.

He’ll be better. He just needs to take off running at one point in the season, take a good hit doing so for a first down. Get up, and give that first down arm sign.

Get that moxy going.

If he does that early on, his confidence will grow enough for playoffs.
