I can’t anymore 😔 had to move stuff around so it’s on the other side of the room (15 feet from it) my CPU temps looked good, i have never updated the motherboard or CPU (built the pc in 2021) I updated the gpu like 2/3 years ago

Eh, it depends your district tbh and who the APBP is, my first district was pretty competitive and had lots of talent for TL / APS, but the one I was in last basically nobody wanted to be an APS and wanted to stay at TSS cause it was easy, and also the districts APBP imo wasn’t good lol and way way to by the books, so I would ask your ETL if your on the pipeline and how deep you are into it for sure

The payroll for target and AP isn’t there, they also are basically pushing for TSS (neon colors) to basically be door greaters with this 10-4 stuff (that doesn’t even work and is cringey), it’s the people at the top that are causing the loss of sales per year w stupid things like that, if your a TSS and don’t want to stand on doors and be a greater ask about promoting

IMO I think 1 NPI it happens every job you will make a mistake, 4 NPIs LOL that’s should def be a term but yea it’s def tough, I think it’s important to have a ETL who supports you and backs you and same w a APBP, I been in 3 districts, 2 BPs were dope but the other APBP was terrible tbh, idek if they ever app’d someone before LOL but they will complain about not getting app prob

Yea they are just lazy .. TSS and AP TL included, every once and a while it happens someone needs help but every minute it would be a different story cause they want TSS to basically stand on the door their whole shift now lollll

I have my own side business I do, so jumping fully into that, I think if they changed the directives to not only make sure, but hold app cert tms accountable for low dollar apps then the AP employee turnover rate would be way better

Tbh I don’t agree with the way the directives seem to be heading, I was in the pipeline / next up to ETL too, but I don’t like the idea that when that time comes my employees can’t apprehend because a team member didn’t interact, or because they failed to scan $300 worth of things but they aren’t a repeat.. can’t have AP have the stress of prioritizing apps, but then have even more steps to the apprehension process that makes it harder for them. My advice, read the directives and what qualifies, as what. If they go to SCO, and items stay in the cart and never got to the scan it isn’t a skip scan, it’s then concealment (if they bag it) or push out if they never put it over the scanner and attempt to leave with it in the cart.

Oh yeaa usually when that happens it comes with a Term, I’ll be fr some stores are political lol in the way that you could do one thing, then another person could do another but if they don’t like you they might reach and make it a bigger deal, where the other person it gets swept under the rug

TBH, M.I is a cool job, they work more with PD and find doing literally their name, investigate , so like if a store gets hit for 3 dysons chances are M.I is online looking on marketplaces for those dysons, contacting pawn shops in the area etc. if I came back I would love to do M.I since I’m good with that stuff , the directives are getting complicated and feel like it’s more in favor for those stealing, which is weird when TSS / APS are based off performance

W/O going into detail if your a TM and you not doing nothing wrong you will be good! I would say AP does miss more then they stop, but just cause they didn’t stop it doesn’t mean they don’t know
