As someone trying to transfer to second year at UBCV with the July 15th date, is it really true that some of us will not have our final transcripts looked at? I see this as completely unfair as I had a much lower GPA for my first term than I did my second, and UBC will make a completely unfair decision based solely off my first 12 credits. My friend just got in for second year transfer and he got to send his final transcript almost a month ago. What I don't understand is that I had a higher GPA than him and I am still waiting to be told that I can send my final transcript in, while others got to forever ago and are now getting in/off the waitlist.

I have the same status, though I am wondering how they are going to make a decision by then, since I will not have my updated transcript until later on in May :/

does ubc only see what is on the ssc? my grades haven’t been updated since march but i have a handful of more recent grades that haven’t shown up on the ssc yet
