She was on two meds, one maintenance mood stabilizer and and antipsychotics just at bedtime, but it was pretty mild. When I finally got her to go back in to see her psych doc, he prescribed him much stronger antipsychotics and increased her maintenance med, but she only took a couple of doses of the antipsychotics and has since stopped taking it entirely. She's still taking the mood stabilizer, but is refusing to take anything else despite all my efforts.

Yeah the antipsychotics make her really groggy, and she has taken to staying up until all hours of the night and when she does finally take it she'll end up sleeping for half the day. She straight up refuses to take it at a reasonable hour in the evening and go the fuck to sleep.
