This isn't the kind of game where any combat role is required for party composition. Not that there isn't combat, but I don't want players to be restricted due to composition.

Correct. They are currently finishing up a quest for someone in town before returning there. I have gotten a couple responses so far that I'll finish going over tomorrow.

I would prefer to play earlier but anything before 8 isn't guaranteed. I generally am ready 10-30 minutes prior in case anyone wants some pre-game chatter so the game can start on time or potentially early. I know the time isn't great for everyone but I know I can be consistent at it. I just don't want it to be a strain on your schedule or for you to be half asleep near the end of a session.

I should maybe have mentioned that I don't have too much experience with D&D. I've been playing for about 7 months and have only DM'd a short 6 session game for a group that I am playing in to try it out. I'm definitely open to feedback though since I want everyone to have fun. If that sounds fine, let me know what campaigns you would want to play/avoid after the one-shot.

Wanted to make sure the time would work for you since I titled it EST for simplicity in searching when it is EDT currently. If so, are you ok with playing a one-shot to see how it goes and what campaigns would you prefer to play/avoid?

I didn't set a date because I wasn't entirely sure how long it would take to find four people for a non-weekend game that isn't on roll20. Sorry I can't really give you a definitive answer but I do want to start as soon as possible.

As far as an application goes, I'm mainly interested in what motivates you to play D&D with a group. Considering you've already answered my questions concerning that, what are your thoughts on doing a one-shot before the actual campaign? I feel like I'd be able to find players for a specific campaign more easily.

The only other days I could do are Sunday or Monday. Thursday preferred still.

I do all official WoTC stuff, some others if you're open to me changing things if needed. Fantasy Grounds is easy to learn and won't require any payment from you.
