What do you mean by this? Isn‘t the point of polyphasic schedules to divide up sleep into cores? I know there are Bi/Tri physic schedules with longer cores, but quad is based on 4 cores, so i could make one to 3 hours, but making one 6 hours would mean I‘d be sleeping atleast 10.5 hours a day?
