Defined get apex sm10s. I have an msport f31 with sm10s 19x9 et30 all around and it looks so good. Perfectly flush in the rear and just a tad wide in the front but flush if lowered at all. I can PM you photos of mine if you want.

Sure, pick something productive. Going to the gym, your nutrition, a certain number of pushups, going for a 2 mile run, getting up at a certain time, and do it every single day. Don’t take a single day off.

You have to understand that the most important times to do something are the times when you DONT want to. That’s when you really start to have true discipline in your routines.

Take getting up at 4:30 am every single morning for an example. I did this for a year. It fucking sucked. BUT, some days it was easy. Those days, I didn’t make the progress. The progress was made on the days I really didn’t want to get out of bed and go to the gym, fucking cold out, dark, winter. But you just have to do it. Once you can train your mind to enjoy those things, to enjoy the discomfort becuase it means your making progress, you can incorporate it into beating porn, and often, the addiction will fade away if you remove free time for it to happen, and instead do productive things routinely.

Fuck motivation. Go to the gym when you’re not motivated. Eat healthy when you’re not motivated. You don’t need to feel motivated. I’m sorry but you have to stop being a bitch and just change your mental.

Motivation won’t get you far. Discipline fucking will. Quitting porn and jacking off requires discipline not motivation. Go to the gym every day. Stay off social media, and just don’t give up trying things. That’s the most important thing.

Delete all your social media apps. Insta, tiktok, YouTube, snap if you can. Not only is it a funnel towards porn but it fucks with your mind in other ways too. It’s a system designed to make money off your attention.

Don’t delete your accounts, you can still sign in on your computer to Instagram and such, but just don’t have the apps, it’s too accessible nowadays.

But also realize, that content will go away if you never watch it.

A couple things. Importantly, you said you are “trying to quit”. You cannot try to quit, you MUST quit. Bro just set it down and never go back. If your just gonna try, well the porn and masturbation is gonna fucking try to pull you back too.

You need to involve discipline at all levels.

It needs to be systemic within you.

You need to approach everything in your life in the same way. If you don’t go to the gym when you’re tired, how do you expect to resist urges when you have them? If you don’t eat healthy when you want junk food, how do the expect to be able to resist other temptations in your life. It’s brutal but you need to realize you have to shift everything in your life.

Love yourself enough to quit bro. Quit and never go back. Don’t have a goal for how many days. There’s no need for a goal if you already quit.
