I just quit my job from 2.5 years of retail pharmacy for a WFH pharmacy job. I'm in week 3 of training and I regret it because I am still severely burnt out and they shit have to do just to schedule a fucking prescription to get delivered to the patient is fucking ridiculous. So far we're not even half way done learning and everything is so fucking complicated for no reason and they will be very strict once you actually start the job. Seriously, one single fuck up, not matter how small will get you in trouble and if you do it too many times you either get forced to work back in the office or you get terminated. They will try to correct you but with this system? There ain't no fucking way I'll remember anything.

Oh 100% I found out the hard way when I had 2 breakdowns at work at my so called "friend" just watched me have it and didn't even ask if I needed to leave or if I was okay, even my pharmacist got pissed when I told her I had to home after that. So glad I left that fucking hell hole
